Breakfast: Wantan mee + bit of nasi lemak
Lunch: Pandan cake
Dinner: Rice + ribs + tofu + egg + fried french beans
No exercise

Day 18
Breakfast: Curry chicken puff + Salted caramel mocha (Starbucks)
Lunch: Kangkung&sotong + taufu bakar + mantis prawn
Dinner: Fried fish soup
No exercise

Day 19
Breakfast: Iced Americano + Tuna and Ham Sandwich
